Welcome to ANHUÁ Flowers! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to ANHUÁ Flowers. We operate this online store with Shopify technology to provide you with a select shopping experience (the "Services").

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Section 1 - Our products
We have made every effort to ensure that our products are displayed accurately. However, colors or appearance may differ slightly from the screen due to the device used. We reserve the right to modify descriptions or discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

Section 2 - Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ANHUÁ Flowers reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. An order is not considered accepted until we confirm its receipt and process payment. You should review your order carefully before confirming it, as we may not be able to manage subsequent cancellations.

You may return or exchange your purchase only in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

2.1 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of perishable goods, such as the fresh flowers and floral arrangements we offer, due to their nature and rapid deterioration. The conditions applicable to our products are detailed in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Section 3 - Prices and payment
The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of the order, indicated in the confirmation sent by email. Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include shipping costs. You declare that the payment information provided is correct and that you are authorized to use the indicated payment method.

Section 4 - Shipping and delivery
Shipping conditions, delivery times, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or force majeure events.

Section 5 - Intellectual property
All content on our Services (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of ANHUÁ Flowers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for personal and non-commercial use; you are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or reuse such content without our prior written consent.

Section 6 - Prohibited uses
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include: using the Services fraudulently or to infringe the law; transmitting viruses or malicious code; collecting personal data from other users; or using robots, scraping, or other automated tools to access the Services without authorization. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANHUÁ Flowers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or purchased products, except in cases where such limitation is not permitted by Spanish consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, you and ANHUÁ Flowers submit to the courts of Murcia, Spain, unless consumer protection regulations provide for a different mandatory jurisdiction.
