Shipping policy
Delivery Zone
We deliver in Murcia and Costa Blanca from our studio located at Calle de los Cedros, 29, 30506 Molina de Segura, Murcia, within a radius of up to 60 km (maximum radius).
Shipping Cost
The cost depends on the distance to the delivery address:
- Up to 20 km: 15€
- From 20 to 45 km: 20€
- From 45 to 60 km: 25€
For orders over 70€, shipping is free.
Preparation time
You can place your order in advance for your preferred date or for the same day, according to the conditions in the Delivery section. If you need an urgent order outside these hours, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help.
Delivery date and time
When placing your order, you can choose your preferred delivery date and approximate time. We will do our best to deliver at the requested time, although it may vary slightly depending on traffic or courier availability. Same-day orders are delivered between 18:00 and 19:00.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by the ANHUÁ Flowers studio team from 10:00 to 19:00. Same-day orders are accepted until 10:00, with delivery between 18:00 and 19:00. Orders placed after 10:00 are delivered the next day.
In-Store Pickup
You can also pick up your order directly at our studio, located at Calle de los Cedros, 29, 30506 Molina de Segura, Murcia. We will contact you in advance to arrange a pickup time.
Fresh Flowers
As a living and perishable product, we prepare each bouquet on the same day of delivery to guarantee its freshness and quality.
