Subscription Policy
How the subscription works
By subscribing to our flowers, you agree to recurring payments and the delivery of a bouquet at the chosen frequency: every 1, 3, or 6 months. Payment is automatically charged at the beginning of each period using the payment method indicated when subscribing.
Subscription plans
We offer three subscription options:
- Monthly
- Every 3 months
- Every 6 months
Each plan includes a discount on the bouquet price. Current prices and applicable discounts are shown on the subscription page before confirmation.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalties or hidden fees, from your account on the website or by writing to ventas@anhuaflowers.es. The cancellation will apply before the next payment cycle; deliveries already paid for and prepared will not be canceled.
Modifying your subscription
You can change your delivery frequency at any time from your account. Changes will apply from the next payment cycle.
Failed payment
If a charge is not completed successfully (e.g., due to insufficient funds or an expired card), we will notify you by email and attempt to process the payment again. If payment is not completed within 3 days, the subscription will be paused until you update your payment information.
Fresh flowers
As with individual orders, each bouquet in your subscription is prepared on the same day of delivery, ensuring its freshness and quality.
