Shipping and payment

Delivery Area

We deliver within a 50 km radius of Murcia and the Costa Blanca. If your address is outside this area, please contact us and we will find the best possible solution.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24 hours. The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page and confirmed once your order is placed.

Same-day delivery: we accept same-day orders only until 10:00 AM, with delivery in the 6:00–7:00 PM window. After 10:00 AM, the nearest available date is tomorrow.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is included in the product price. No additional charges are applied at checkout.

If you are not home on delivery day

Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange an alternative day or leave the order with a neighbor or at reception, if possible.

Urgent Deliveries

Need flowers urgently? Contact us and we will find the best available delivery option for your dates.

Payment Methods

We accept card payments through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are protected and processed via Shopify's system.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely and encrypted. ANHUÁ does not store your card details at any time.
